At Chimbita Bin Washers, the safety of our employees and clients is our utmost priority. To ensure a secure and professional service experience, our workers are strictly prohibited from entering any part of the client's property beyond the driveway and the front of the house. This includes, but is not limited to, the backyard, inside the home, garage, restroom, or any other areas. This policy helps us maintain a clear boundary and protect both our employees and clients from potential misunderstandings or safety issues.

Should any special assistance be required to bring the trash bins to the front of the house, our workers have the right to record the process using their phone, camera, or any other electronic device. This measure is in place to safeguard both parties in case of any disputes or issues that may arise. We believe that transparency and accountability are key to maintaining a trustworthy and reliable service.

It is imperative that the trash bins are placed at the front of the house before the scheduled service time. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in our right to refuse the service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures that our workers can perform their duties efficiently and without unnecessary delays, while also respecting the client's property boundaries.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of aggravation or assault towards our workers. Should such incidents occur, we reserve the right to immediately withdraw from the service and discontinue any future business with the client. The offending client will be placed on a blacklist, effectively banning them from using our services. We take these matters seriously to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and to maintain a professional working environment.
