Our workers are not permitted to enter your home, backyard, or any area other than the driveway and the road. This ensures both your safety and ours.

Use of Utilities

By scheduling our service, you consent to allow us to use your electricity and water to clean the trash bins. If this consent is not granted, we reserve the right to decline the service, as we do not have alternative supplies for cleaning.

Bin Placement

Trash bins must be placed in front of the house before the appointment. If the bins are not in the designated area, we reserve the right to decline service. However, we can assist in moving the bins to the front with your consent and will record the process to avoid any misinterpretations or violations of the law.
